Green Heat technology extracts and captures the exhaust heat from any kitchen appliance, such as a deep fryer, griddle, pizza oven or convection oven, directly at the source.
The heat is transferred to water that is flowing through the system and that water is then stored in a water tank. This hot water becomes our free source of energy.
Using advanced techniques, the hot water is then used to provide heat for the building (radiant heat, slab heat, forced air, or boiler heat), provide heat for the water (domestic water or pre-heating dishwater water), electricity (using thermal electric or steam generation), and/or air-conditioning.
The cost savings achieved represent a payback period of two years or less. Compared to other green technologies, such as solar, Green Heat technology puts money back in the pockets of the owners in a fraction of the time!
